Progress report 23.06.2014

by

Hey guys.

It’s been a bit more than a month since my last progress reports. If you followed up the comments section you know where we are standing.
But for those of you who don’t:

Story:
The first edit of the story is in, the story is completely in English, I played through it and found it myself quite enjoyable. We’re going through the second round of edits to make sure everything sounds all right and find potential errors.

Translation: 100%

First Edit: 100%

Second Edit: WIP

NPCs:
This is a work in progress where Editing is still in process while simultaneously I insert things. NPC is a wide and chaoticfield but it’s totally getting there so patience.

Translation: 100%

First Edit: WIP

Second Edit: WIP

ASM:
ASM work is basically done and it looks just beautiful. There are still some bugs we discovered which we’re on fixing. But in general it looks great and our hacks give the game a totally different feel and look (While still staying true to the original).

Menus+Misc: 100%

Currently: Debugging

So at this point, Screenshots and Video make barely any sense because guys it’s getting there and will be soon..

The game is in Alpha process right now, where we’re testing how everything looks while the NPC stuff is still in progress

    Like

  47. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

@Chrona: Not really, for several reasons. We actually have managed to pull the script files from the 3DS version and they’re very, very different. Large portions of the script are changed, and many scenes are added. The story in Decode is approximately three times as long, and there are twice as many Digimon in the game. We looked into trying to port the Decode stuff over to the PSP version, but because of a shader used in Decode, we’d have to do an incredible amount of reverse engineering to make that work, and even then it would only run on an emulator. It would almost be easier to make a 3DS emulator, something which we do not have the skill set for. I wish it were possible, though.

@Sergio: We will likely do two rounds of major editing for each section, and then play through the game a time or two each looking for any problems.

@Ron Matirez: We really don’t know when we’ll be done, we make progress, but we all have jobs and school to worry about as well. Romsstar is doing his bachelor’s thesis at the moment. We see no reason why it won’t be out by the end of the year, but that’s as specific as we feel comfortable being.

@Everyone else: Thanks for your support, we’re enjoying working on the game, and your gratitude and patience are both appreciated.

@Rai – take a look at my name, it is constantly misspelled (school, work, even some legal documents) I got over it a long time ago. Romsstar hasn’t said anything, maybe he has had similar experiences. In the end, if I got pissed at every person who couldn’t spell my name right …. it’s just not worth it.

Can’t wait to play, Like Dwight and probably many others I was gutted when I found out it wouldn’t be localized. You’ve done a fantastic job in only two years. Part time and with school/work/exams to worry about – WOW. I know you’re sooooo close but don’t stress too much trying to get it out to all us eager fans. @Sealtested If I remember correctly, you need to get a rom of Re: Digitize, and how you do so is your own business. But for the sake of supporting the game, there’s a guide somewhere that shows you how to take the rom from a Japanese disc and implement the patch onto it so you can play it on your PSP.

    Like

  78. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

@Sealtest: You will need an ISO of the game, and apply our patch to that ISO. The legal way of doing this is to purchase the game, dump the ISO using tools available online, and then patch that self made ISO. Whether or not your choose to pursue the legal way is your own business, but for legal reasons we cannot condone the cool crime of copyright infringement.

  91. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

@Nightmare: Indeed. You can expect we’ll still be on the second round of story editing until at least August.

@Seal: It’s pretty simple, you’ll need a program called xdelta GUI. You double click it, and use the fairly self explanatory process of telling it the directory where the ISO is, where the patch file is, and where the patch ISO should be created. Then wait a few minutes while it applies the patch.

  112. Romsstar Says:

@The-Annoyer : Get offense, defense speed and brains at rougly about 100. avoid care mistakes such as pooping, not feeding your digimon or overtraining. Push your discipline gauge at 90%. (Scold the crap out of it) Doesn’t matter if it gets unhappy. After that it’ll Digivolve to Greymon and you can push the happiness gauge again.

A Digivolution into Numemon is the result of a if clause.

in pseudo-code it looks like this:

    if $counter $5F = 0
    {
    if $dvolvecase1 !=true and or $dvolvecase2 !=true
    else if $dvolvecase3 !=true
    $evoseq
    r2 = $0B
    }

There are 3 conditions out of which 2 have to be met to initiate a sequence. If that’s not the case the sequence for digivolving to numemon will be initiated as soon as the digivolution counter of the game (which starts at 5F and counts backwards) hits 0 if meanwhile no other condition for a digivolution was met.

So you got Numemon because you didn’t meet any conditions for any other Digivolutions of that line.

Lately I’ve been playing around with Digimon World 1 Code again, I made Myotismon as a partner playable (I mean with Digivolution and a line with Devimon and so :D)

I can elaborate further on this in case you’re interested.
I can answer any question related to code in Digimon World except for the animations which I still haven’t figured out how to convert into a common format. Other than that, ze0nX and I are close to having basically a fully working (kinda) SOURCE CODE of Digimon World 1 :D

With Redigitize I still have trouble making BlackWargreymon work.
It works differently yet similar here. The problem is since he wasn’t intented as a partner many things have to be transplanted to him, which is kinda annoying to do.xd

I work on making a black agumon line into that game (just for fun).
BlackAgu,BlackGrey(TextureHack), Metalgreymon VIRUS (any dw1 fan would love that), and well ultimately BlackWargrey and BlackwargreyX.

Playing around, adding new digimon to existing lines and stuff, it’s fun to do.xd

The patch won’t include this but I might post after that patch is done some hacks I had fun with so you guys can enjoy that as well.

So I have a question to what you said, overtraining your Digimon (To the point of where it has sweat drops, I think? I’m not very well… good at DW1 ahaha) counts as a care mistake?

Cause that’s…. quite annoying, how do you know when you’re just at that point of over training?

Also, a small request, would it be possible for you the change the eye texture on Wargreymon? I know its a very small thing but the texture used for his eyes is just lazy and messed up and Wargreymon being my favorite, it would be amazing if you could replace the texture, if its not too much work.

Since you have the code all figured out I was wondering if you could answer me something that’s been kinda bugging me. Once or twice (in my many MANY hours of play) I’ve encountered something rather strange. Not in the speech bubble but in the menu where you can look at your Digimon’s status I have seen a kind of flower (I can’t remember exactly but I think it came up in conjunction with the food and sleep icons) it went away on it’s own – either by sleeping or just ignoring it – but I never did figure out what it was for. I bought the game second hand and never had a manual so forgive me if this is a really stupid question but a google turned up nothing of relavence

  125. Chrona Says:

There was a similar status in Digimon World PS1, that did this

This condition only occurs when the happiness level of your Digimon is in the Red Zone (Anger Face). During this condition, your Digimon will lose Stats in all Parameters. The condition disappears when the Happiness meter on your Digimon goes back to the Yellow Zone (Happy Face). To try to prevent this, don’t overwork your Digimon during training or don’t make too many care mistakes.

Can’t say if it’s the same in this game, but it sounds like it could be it

    @Romsstar

“There are 3 conditions out of which 2 have to be met to initiate a sequence. If that’s not the case the sequence for digivolving to numemon will be initiated […]”

That’s wrong, there are 4 conditions (Weight, Stats, Care Mistakes, Special Cond.) out of which 3 have to be met for a digivolution.

“Feeding, Sleeping and the sweat drop have a latency of 3 hours. Only after 3 ingame hours it’s counted as a Caremistake.”

At least for feeding, this is also not correct. After three hours, the “food-bubble” disappears and you do not get a care mistake. It can easily be proven with the Nanimon-digivolution (Rookie digivolves into Nanimon after being scolded at 0% disc and happiness with at least 1 care mistake).
Training while in any of the three states can result in a care mistake though.

Yes it’ll show up in the Digimon list of evolutions.
The texture thing is possible but for now not sure.

    @Betamon:
A special condition acts as a substitute for weight and care mistakes which leaves you some breathing room.
Which means you can ignore Weight for example if you meet a Bonus Condition.

For Feeding I have to check again, but there are certain Digimon that don’t play by the rules, under which are Nanimon, Birdramon, Vademon and some others I don’t recall anymore.

I can check though, code doesn’t lie :P xd

I do have a small request, Romsstar. Perhaps sometime, would you be willing to write up a proper Digivolution guide for Digimon World 1? All of the ones I’ve seen so far are different from each other, and none of the ones seem to comply with what happened last night.

I was training an Agumon up to be a Greymon, I had all the requirements hit, but he changed to a Centurimon instead. I found out later that it was because my Agumon’s Brains were 170+, but no guide I saw, ever mentioned it properly. One guide said I needed to have 1500 HP, which Agumon didn’t even have 1000, so that couldn’t have been right. Another said I needed 100 Brains, which is understandable, but still doesn’t make sense, why would Agumon suddenly Digivolve into Centarumon 70+ points ahead of what that one guide had said, yet Digivolve into Greymon when it’s points were closer to 100? It’s all confusing, honestly if there was a guide wrote up by a person who knows what the hell they’re talking about (ala, you), would be so much better.

Feel free to decline though. Or if you have one already, that’d be even better, haha.

  131. Chrona Says:

Most likely the 170 brains. I remember Centaurumon being more brains focused, while Greymon needed balanced stats. Your weight could have had an effect on it as well, as well as happiness/discipline or battles or mp

    Like

  132. Romsstar Says:

    @Rai:
What Agumon needs for a succesful evolution to Greymon are balanced stats. For that you need proportions and not the exact stats even. With Atk, def and speed at 200, while brain would be at 150 for example it would work as well. They have to be 100+ but balanced. but you can go higher as long as you maintain the proportions of the originals. This holds true for all digivolutions.
Your Digimon digivolved to Centarumon most likely because your Brains was your highest stat while you had 0 Caremistakes and properly were underweight. To avoid this you can make 1 Caremistake and or/ hit the bonus condition which is discipline 95%+, guaranteeing you a greymon without having to fullfil the Weight Condition.

    Hi Romsstar!

I’m dreaming since forever of a game like DW1, but there’s nothing comparable to it that is so fun.

I’d love to see a hacked version of DW1 with a HUGE world and many more digimons and correct digivolutions (Champion – Ultra – Mega).

Do you think it’s easier to hack and change DW1 than creating a new one with a team? The technical part like the conditions for digivolutions and all seem not to be difficult, though graphics is a hard one and I have no experience in programming this. If there is going to be a project regarding DW1 I’d love to participate in it. Though I’d only be able to work in technical things in java or c#.

As soon as it did they made a new statement saying they’ll consider it once the petition hits 50k. My guess is as soon as it hits 50k “they’ll consider it once the petition hits 100k” and this will go on forever. Namco Bandai’s troll level with the fans is pretty high after all.
So yeah the petition is worthless and Namco does NOT give a damn.

What they’re doing by that is testing the waters to see if there is a digimon community out there. They keep pushing the numbers but realistiscally, if Namco is inclined to make a profit this petition has to hit AT LEAST 200k… Then the’d have a reason to do it for real. 50k is just another stretch goal and doesn’t mean a thing. Hey Romsstar, a little more about Digimon World if you don’t mind. Do you know the purpose of the two black screens you can acess by going out of bounds in the Freezeland-screen from which Whamon takes you to the Beach Cave? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7JO_dqV3Po this is what I’m talking about, if you’re not aware. But yeah, I was wondering what the empty “Native Forest” and “Gear Savanna” screen are doing there, or if there’s anything interesting one could do with them :D Also, do you know of more of those “glitchy” things in Digimon World? I’d be really interested in that xD

Oh yeah, this is linked to the coordinate system of the game.
An unsigned short is 0-65,535 (In Decimal System). Once you hit 65,535 you go out of bounds, which makes it count minus.
In this case as we observed, you keep running through different warppoints. You enter a warp point, which seems to coincide with a call for music which makes it play the music from Native Forest and so on. Either way, this is what I recall. Nothing interesting there though.

I did make a video of the Debug Rooms in NTSC and PAL, in case you’re interested

As 3DS hacks proceed, it may eventually be possible to translate Decode, rest assured that we will be on the look out for developments that would let us do so, but feel free to bring any other interesting hacks to our attention.

  200. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

I’m surprised that they’ve managed to get anywhere with PS3 emulation, I had always assumed that emulating the cell chip would be next to impossible. Citra seems like a pipe dream at this point, particularly since the 3DS still hasn’t had its BIOS dumped yet. If I had a few thousand dollars, I would just buy one of the dev kit 3DSs off of Ebay and see what could be done with that, but, well, I don’t. Still, I’ll check back on it, popular opinion also said that a DS emulator wouldn’t happen.

I’m not particularly familiar with how the 3DS’s DRM works (I know some programming, but nothing in this area), but perhaps Romsstar can answer that.

@Azurus: Realistically speaking, they’re basically the same machine. The parts that have to be emulated, the CPU, the GPU, the BIOS, etc, are identical between the two. What would be helpful from a hacker’s point of view would be, as I mentioned above, buying a devkit 3DS (which, I’ve checked, are about $4000). A devkit device has to be more or less not locked down at all, which would make accessing some of the encrypted data that a hacker would need much easier.

@Romsstar – sorry for going a bit off topic, but considering what you said earlier about digimon world 1, is it safe to assume that you know why the MP Consumption Bonus bug happens in the NTSC version, or more interestingly for me personally – how you trigger that bonus in first place? That little thing has pitched my interest for a while since I’ve seen a lot of complaints about it (for USA users, or people who simply emulated a NTSC rom of it), and yet have never been able to even trigger the bonus myself, and that is after completing the game multiple times, both on NTSC and my original PAL (english version, thank god) copy, getting most of the medals on various playthroughs.

    Like

  210. Romsstar Says:

@FIQ: I investigated this matter once but never got to finish it since Redigitiize got announced. Expect me to get back on this later.
The Bonus happens because of a buffer overflow, it reads a negative value. The consumption bonus was originally intented to give your digimon some well bonus mp (up to 500 If I recall correctly) but the adress they trigger was a negative adress.

I intend to fix this sooner or later, but for now I can’t comment further on this. Trigerring the bug for now seems completely random but I’m sure there must be a reason and that the said reason is most likely tied too MP.

  211. FIQ Says:

@Romsstar – ah, all right. From what I know, the PAL versions’ consumption bonus doesn’t crash the game, so I assume it works fine there, or is it bugged there as well, just not in a way that crashes?

Well what you say about your country doesn’t make a difference, this translation could still be reported as illegal as Type-0 was, even if you claim it as a “niche project”. Patches are illegal in everyway you see it,correct me if i’m wrong.

    Like

  255. lV1RuSl Says:

Not exactly true about patches being illegal in every way, the most they can do is sue of loss earnings, remove the patch from the net, the devs of the patch don’t say “oh by the way, go download the actual ISO illegally” the just make the game playable in English, whether someone chooses to go illegal or actually buy a copy of the game from a store is up to them.

It would only be illegal on piracy and copyright terms if they pre-patched the ISO and uploaded it to the net, Type-0 could have been having a localization made at the time the patch was made hence wasting time of the actual owners of the game so they see it as take down the fan made one so the real localized version don’t go to waste

many factors could come into the legal and illegal thing so its not really worth going down the route to discuss it because company’s have there own ways of doing things

    Like

  256. Romsstar Says:

As lV1RuSl, it’s not all black and white and really depends on the company. Patches are not completely illegal, they belong to a legal grey area. While companies do have the option to C&D the creators, very few companies go further than that.
The distribution way of the patch does play a big role here as well.
There are many things that have to be taken into account when we call a patcfh legal or illegal.

This appears to have pissed off the people who reached out him and attempted to do something less draconian than simply C&D them, and may well now get Sky sued.

Well, that’s certainly a part of it, but mainly it’s finding sentences that don’t sound “right” and fixing them. That is, finding places that are grammatically correct, but still don’t sound like a human being would actually say them. Fixing them requires a subtle touch, keeping the translation in tact, while also changing enough that it doesn’t sound wrong anymore. An ideal candidate would have some experience with subtitling or translating, but it’s not required.

Romsstar you were saying earlier about making your own patch after, adding the blackagumon line and all. What I wanted to know is if you’re doing it by expanding the digivolution lines and adding new things to use, or just swapping out regular Agumon line for it

    Like

  281. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

I think Romsstar is asleep at the moment, but from what he has told me, it’s expanding the lines, they even show up in the evolution charts. IIRC the plan is to add a black war greymon line, but that he’s having a little trouble with that one. I want to add a PinkyPiedmon, but that would probably be harder.

    Like

  282. Chrona Says:

That sounds amazing…guessing ultimately the plan would be to add all the new lines from the 3DS version? Or only the ones who are already in as enemies and things

    Like

  283. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

We really can’t add a lot from the 3DS version. We’ve been able to extract the files, we have the script pulled and have talked about going ahead and translating it, but Decode is almost a completely different game. The map is twice as big, the script is almost three times as large, there’s just shy of twice as many Digimon. There are even new characters inserted into the story, and, while I haven’t played it, Romsstar has and he says they did an incredible job with it.

Unfortunately, trying to add the new Digimon or any other graphical asset is basically impossible. Decode uses a shader that the PSP is completely incapable of running. With a lot of time contributed by someone a lot smarter than us, you could, maybe, make it compatible with the PSP architecture. It still would only work on an emulator because the PSP simply doesn’t have a fast enough processor to run it.

What we might be able to do is make some of the Digimon that are in the PSP version, but aren’t partners available, and if we get extremely creative, I might see if I can talk Romsstar and CompCom into trying to make new Digimon from scratch, but we’re talking models, animations, sounds, everything, and it’s almost certainly not going to happen. Even if I want a PinkyPiedmon really really badly.

@Zack: Well there’s not really much magic to it.
The PSX SDK provides the structure of the TMD files, and MMD is just a TMD modified including animation files. This has 2 downsides:
The textures and their uv mapping have to be applied manually, the models are not rigged because of the animation structures.
If you are interested in just viewing the models visit
http://www.trishroom.com/threads/skullgreymon-by-romsstar-and-re-volt.29350/ I ripped many DW1 models back then and you can open those in standard 3d viewing programs.
While I didn’t do all, I did a lot. If there’s any particular model you’re interested in I could rip it and convert it into a standard format for you.

@Zack: I investigated this matter in the hope of adding new Digimon to DW1. Unfortunately DIgital Card Battle and DW2 (since those models are similar as well) use both a different file structure, a BIN format which is way more orderly aligned but I’m afraid is also not transferable to DW1. Although I have to investigate this once again when Redigitize is finished. My work on DW1 came to a stop because of Redigitize and my bachelor thesis and all, so there might be something there I can do after all. 305. Chrona Says:

I dunno if it’s about thinking the projectis dead, I just always love seeing updates as they’re the best way to tell how close the project is to completion. Some projects I follow tend to update 1-3 times a year if that, which I guess makes them feel more detached – I still check daily because I’m obsessive but I’m guessing most people just absentmindedly check in every month or two to see if there are any updates or not, and then just leave.

What I love about this project in particular, besides the fact that it’s progressing much much faster than most translation patches I follow, is the amount of communication. If you guys need a person with a particular skillset, I feel like the fact that you update more often means that such person is more likely to be checking the site and see the update. There’s some level of feedback like asking us which styles we prefer, which makes us feel more involved with the project despite not actually being part of the translation team I guess.

    Either way, it’s great :)

    Like

  306. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

Something to consider for those who follow projects like these: RSS feeds. I have one that checks for comments here every five minutes, which is why I respond more often than Romsstar does. If you set up an RSS feed for each project, you’ll know as soon as updates come in without having to check each day manually.

We’ll probably be asking more stylistic question as we get close to finishing, particularly once we get to the point where we’re creating the two patches for those who prefer the original Japanese terms and those who prefer the dub terms.

  307. Rai Says:

Honestly it feels like people are so impatient that they need updates at least every 5 minutes.

People give it a rest, they don’t just do the translation you know? They have lives, they have loved ones (Doesn’t have to refer to girlfriends or wives :P). They weren’t born into the world just to make the translation. If it’s taking to long for you, why don’t you try helping them instead of staying on your ass whining about it? Or even better, try making a translation yourself. I doubt you could do any better, but hey, try it so we can all bug the hell out of you and say you’re taking so slow, despite the troubles hacking PSP games give.

@Raziel: Ofcourse they can add New Digimon to the game. They just have to do it properly, otherwise crash galore.

    Like

  322. Raziel Says:

@Rai: Err,but for adding new digimon you need the right models/textures,and lot of animations too,and then you need to link THAT digievolution to every digimon who can digivolve into it. 323. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

@Raziel: What is being worked on at the moment is making Digimon who are present in the game but not playable available, like BlackWarGreymon. Adding entirely new Digimon is also being looked into, but it’s unlikely that we will take the time necessary to do so.

@Rai and MrHappy: You’re both kind of right, if we could translate Decode we almost certainly would, but we’ve checked and we can’t. The necessary tools might exist someday, but they don’t right now.

When you and the team go back to Digimon Adventure after this endeavour is finished, do you think now that you will be doing as complete and through a localisation as you have done with Re:Digitize?

@Topboy and mrianmerry: I will get back to you on that, the project is currently on hold until this project is finished. It has actually been on hold since before I joined the project, and I’ve never known what if any website exists for it, but I’ll check. We will definitely be doing the type of complete localization for Adventure that we are for Re: Digitize when we get back to it.

I looked into more details on the Adventure project. It was originally CompCom’s team, but it fell apart. At this time there isn’t a website you can visit, but we will put one up and give links to it when we finish Re: Digitize. I want to stress that at the moment, work is not being done on the project, which is why we don’t have a website for it.

If I were Bamco, I would probably wait to see how well Adventure 03 goes. If it gets good ratings and they can move some toys, then I’d localize Decode. It sucks, but there’s some hope. They seem to be willing to take at least some risks to try to bring back Digimon, so we’ll see.

As with anything, it’s better by far to start with the original series, 0079.
Personally, I find that it has the most relatable cast of characters, and the beat theme song.
Unless you’re a whiney pacifist irl, in which case I recommend Zeta Gundam as Kamille is exactly that.

I say Gundam 00 is a good place to get hooked

  388. Huntar Says:

Gundam Build Fighters is a pretty good place to start. It’s more of a traditional tournament-style series than the heavily political stuff from other series. It has a lot of callbacks to the original series, but it doesn’t detract from the overall plot. You’ll get exposure to the style of action of other Gundam series without the heavy front-loading of plot that a lot of them have.

Besides that, Turn A Gundam and Gundam Seed both seem to be good starting points. Turn A is an alternative universe to the mainline Gundam series, as is Gundam Seed. Neither takes previous knowledge to understand, and have decent introductory sections as long as you have some knowledge of mecha tropes.

The original Gundam isn’t really as bad as people make it out to be, either. The animation style is very basic considering its age, and the plot seem a bit cliched since it was the series where a lot of those tropes originated, but it’ll also allow you to jump into pretty much any other Gundam series without any more introduction needed if you can get through it. It’ll also let you know whether you have any chance of liking the other mainline Gundam series, since they all follow a similar story arc.

@Sporky McForkinspoon sorry for derailing the gundam talk but you mentioned that compcom’s team fell apart, I’ve been keeping up to date on their projectand the worst I’ve heard is that they haven’t had contact with him for just over a week

No problem Morgsy, though, thanks to everyone for the Gundam advice. The information that I have is secondhand, coming from Romsstar who has spoken to Compcom. Evidently the Xhai team has more or less stopped work, so we will be continuing on from where they left off.

I assume you are attempting to get me to comment on that link. I cannot, I have said repeatedly that everything I know about the situation is secondhand. I will ask Compcom for more details when I see him online next, but due to his busy schedule, that is frequently only once or twice a month.

I specifically tried to avoid commenting on the subject since I knew very few of the pertinent details, but there were repeated questions about it, so I have relayed the information I have. Precisely why Compcom wishes to run a separate project is, at this time, not entirely clear to me, however, given the incredible amount of help his programming skills have been to our project, we were only too happy to offer to assist with creating a Digimon Adventure patch when he asked us to do so.

Despite all the facts. As far as we are concerned: Adventure is CompComs project, he did all the heavy lifting on Adventure, he is the one who really cares for this project and our team for Redigitize is more than happy to support him on finishing this. So to be honest, what’s going on behind the scenes doesn’t really matter to us, CompCom wants to take Adventure as his own project as well, we started working on Adventure way before too and we’re gonna do it either way. That’s how I, Sporky (and I think most members of the Redigitize team) see it.

@Sporky McForkinspoon Hey I saw you mention Sword Art Online II, I was a bit skeptical of how good it was going to be set in an MMO-Shooter but episode 5 pulled it way back into the positive. Kirito is such a badass gamer. Anyway I was just gonna point out, seeing as you said you don’t have a lot of spare time to notice these things. There was a Sword Art Online movie I found recently online. It was ok. It gave a bit of finality and had some good flashbacks. Anyway thanks for everything guys, keep up the hard work, I love you guys :’) And Digimon <3

I thoroughly recommend 00 Gundam, Sporky. It’s actually available dubbed (and subtitled) on YouTube for free, so you could check it out pretty easily! :) The animation is great, the mobile suit design is spot-on, and it’s self-contained in two 25 episode seasons.

Build Fighters is an average shounen series (like BeyBlade with giant robots) with an AMAZING amount of fanservice for longterm fans of the series. Lots of in-jokes and references combined with excellent animation makes it a brilliant series, but I think you’d enjoy it more if you “got” everything.

The Universal Century timeline (that starts with 0079, the original series, and continues throughout several) is my favorite setting, but 00 and Turn A are my favorite series. I’d watch Turn A last if you decided to actually watch a lot of Gundam stuff… it’s basically the endcap that ties all the different continuities together according to Tomino (the guy who created Gundam).

I know this comment isn’t related to the patch at all, I just really, -really- love Gundam. :)

what is meat investment for? , will price go below 100 if i wait longer?

    Like

  411. Sporky McForkinspoon Says:

@VX: It’s a “futures” market. Much like real life, you order the meat now, and pay the current market price. In three in game days, your meat arrives. During that time the price will change, if the price has gone up since you bought it, that means you can sell the meat for its new price, if it stays the same or goes down, you can still sell it, but not at a profit. Alternatively, you can keep it, but that’s usually a bigger loss since the meat from the futures market usually costs about 100 give or take, and it’s only 50 if you buy it from the stores.
